When you apply for an educational scholarship in writing through the United States mail, you will provide a variety of information regarding yourself, certain family members and your educational scholarship request, including, without limitation, your name, address, phone number, financial status, social security number, and school grades. All or any part of the information we collect during the application process is referred to in this Privacy Policy as "Application Information."
Disclosures to Third Parties Regarding Educational Scholarship Applications When you apply for an educational scholarship in writing through the United States mail, your application will be processed in part through a third party who will also have access to the Application Information and is not subject to the terms of this privacy policy. In addition, if we award you an educational scholarship, we may disclose your name to the public by identifying you as a Slemp Foundation educational scholarship grantee, unless you notify us in writing that you do not wish to be identified publicly as a scholarship grantee. The Slemp Foundation does not sell or rent your Application Information to third parties.
